Specialist Engineer

• Performing quantity surveys and take-offs for works,
• Managing project assumptions,
• Communicating technical assumptions to contractors and subcontractors,
• Managing the distribution of documentation,
• Preparing quotation requests for subcontractors and data required in contracts with subcontractors,
• Verifying the compliance of the material scope defined in the documentation with the contractual scope.

• Higher education,
• 2 years of experience in working on an EPC contract basis,
• Mobility (business trips), flexibility,
• Very good knowledge of English (C1 level), ability to read specifications and smoothly communicate during meetings,
• Polish will be an advantage,
• Lithuanian will be an advantage,
• Experience in working both in an office and at a construction site,
• Place of work and residence in Lithuania.
