Sr. QA Engineer (Manual)

Baltic Amadeus is growing fast and we're looking for Senior QA Engineer (Manual) to join the team and work for interesting projects in the offices in Vilnius or Kaunas. The Senior QA Engineer role plays an important part in the company's project development process. You will be responsible for conducting test before project launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client’s needs. As Senior QA Engineer you will also lead the QA Team members and will be able to establish new testing processes.

The team: You will work in a team of 10 members: PM, BA, Developers, Tech Leads and your fellow QA Engineers.

Responsibilities:

- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback;
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases;
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities;
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs;
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products;
- Support the team by conducting manual testing.

- 3+ year experience in software testing;
- Proven experience in Web and Mobile testing;
- Strong knowledge of software QA tools and processes - we use JIRA, MySQL databases, Postman/SoapUI, Regression/Non-regression testing;
- Analytical mind and good attention to details;
- Good spoken and written English;
- Leadership experience is a big plus.
