Starting to develop our business in Lithuania, we need a store-warehouse manager who will be responsible for the establishment and operation of the retail unit in Vilnius. Your work will include opening and maintaining a new unit in accordance with our policies and procedures to ensure business continuity, productivity, profitability and an appropriate level of customer service.

Your responsibilities will be:

• ensuring the continuous operation of the store-warehouse and maintenance of the premises;
• organization and control of goods acceptance, storage, sales processes;
• organization and control of inventory and storage of goods, inventory;
• providing labeling of goods in accordance with company standards;
• product exposition control;
• providing customer service processes;
• ensuring cash operations and cash flow procedures;
• work with staff (selection, training, briefings, etc.);
• analysis of store performance indicators and preparation of reports;
• development of proposals for the improvement of work processes and results.

We expect from you:

• work experience not less than 5 years, in a similar position not less than 2 years;
• higher education;
• knowledge of automated goods accounting programs;
• confident PC user (Word, Excel);
• organizational and management skills;
• responsibility, punctuality, integrity;
• readiness to work in multi-task mode.

Salary (gross): during the probationary period 1200 euros, after the probationary period from 1500 euros and additional bonuses
