• responsible to reach and keeping merchandise and company marketing strategy;
  
• participates on merchandise inventory and realization of theft and loss Action plan;
  
• provides being in line with local legislation;
  
• leads the store staff to effective job organization and provide staff awareness.

Requirements

• university degree;
  
• 3+ experience in fashion retail or related industry in corresponding position;
  
• experience in people management;
  
• fluent Lithuanian and English;
  
• PC skills (MS Word and MS Excel);
  
• ability to travel.
