Inwido Support center in Lithuania
Inwido is Europe‘s largest supplier of windows and doors. The company has operations in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Estonia, Germany, Lithuania, Ireland, Poland, the UK and Austria and also exports to a large number of countries. Inwido has about 3,400 employees and generated sales of approximately 593 mln euros in 2016. Currently in Lithuania we‘re looking for someone proffesional, vivacious and enjoys traveling to join our team as a Supplier Development Leader- SQA
Responsibilities/duties:
• Plan and prepare on-site supplier quality audits and verifications
• Conduct planned and ad hoc supplier audits (incl. supplier babysitting)
• Identify non-conformance and propose recommended corrective actions
• Perform necessary follow-up audits and verifications
• Support suppliers to resolve quality issues and tracking corrective actions
• Monitor and follow up supplier performance parameters
• Support purchase organisation in selection of new suppliers with Supplier Assessments
• Educate suppliers in quality tools
• Participate in supplier performance improvement projects

Requirements
• University degree in technical and/or business disciplines
• 2-3 years relevant experience with quality and improvement work
• Experienced with quality management systems
• Production experience will be an advantage
• Knowledge or experience of LEAN and/or Six Sigma will be an advantage
• Good process understanding
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Can travel to different suppliers on a regular basis (2 days a week)
• Team player, but appreciate also independent work
• Solution oriented and committed to creating results
• Not afraid of initiating improvement proposals and challenging cemented truths
• Structured, analytic and fact oriented
• Experienced user of Microsoft office programs
• User or knowledge of other IT tools is preferred (ERP, PDM etc.)
• Reliable and responsible
• 2-3 years relevant experience with quality and improvement work
• Experienced with quality management systems
• Production experience will be an advantage
