Supplier Quality Engineer 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with the Procurement team assigned to support supplied products and materials;
  • Develops long‐term supplier relationships, generates and implements non–conformance's reduction ideas;
  • Aligns with purchasing to report supplier performance while monitoring ratings and uncooperative suppliers;
  • Ensures the Supplier Quality function operates according to procedures and provides direction to other departments;
  • Perform evaluation of new and approved suppliers’ and regularly updates approved suppliers list;
  • Review and approves supplier records including but not exclusive to: contracts, quality plans, change requests,
  • SCARs/CAPAs, NCRs, verification and validation protocols and reports;
  • Perform External Supplier Audits in the region and develop and manage Vilnius Sites' external suppliers audit schedules;
  • Initiates and manages Quality Agreements with Vilnius Sites’ suppliers;
  • Collaborates with Procurement and Operations teams in order to effectively distribute information about changes provided by suppliers.  

People Specification:

  • Master degree of B.S. Engineering/Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry or equivalent;
  • Excellent English language skills;
  • Experience in Supplier Quality;
  • Experience with IS0 13485 or IS0 9001, GMP, also preferably 21 CFR Part 820.
