Job Description

Role:


• To process all types of provision requests and support presented to help desk from a global customer base.
  
• To provide navigational and operational help for a wide range of Barclays processes, procedures and IT systems.
  
• To monitor progress of tasks & supplier activities to ensure they meet their target delivery dates
  
service to all customers

Requirements

Reqs:


• Excellent customer service skills
  
• Fluent English language skills is a must (average skills will not be considered)
  
• Excellent telephone manner
  
• Confidence to deal with demanding customers and to positively influence them
  
• Ability to adapt quickly and to demonstrate a flexible approach
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills
  
• Basic knowledge in the use of active directory/Windows Admin would be an advantage
