Job Description

As a Support Manager, you’ll be part of the Pixelmator Team, working to make customer experience as rewarding as the product itself. Your creativity and your innovation towards customer delight will help us help our customers as they strive to achieve their aspirations. You will manage customer relationships and ensure Pixelmator continues delivering best-in-class service and support. As a part of the Pixelmamtor Team you will also assist on special projects and have general administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

Excellent written English communication skills required.
- Excellent orgnizational skills required.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop preferred.

- Familiarity with Mac platform, Apple products and Pixelmator preferred.
- One year of work experience in an office environment preferred and/or prior public relations experience preferred.
