I am Vytautė Dobrovolskė and I am leading Finance and Purchasing Support team in Telia Global Services Lithuania. With over 800 teammates in IT, network, analytics, software development, procurement, HR and finance operations, we are the Telia Company’s competency hub working with cutting-edge technology to ensure group digitalization agenda across Nordics and Baltics.

We are now looking for a Support Process Expert within Finance and Purchasing Support to join a team of 14 people.
 

Your next challenge?
In this role you will be part of a team supporting Telia colleagues in the finance and purchasing area and continuously improving processes. You will get a broad understanding and build both wide and deep knowledge of purchasing processes, invoice management, payment, and purchasing and finance IT systems.

As a Support Process Expert, you will:

  • Work with deviations, root cause analysis, improvements, and its execution of the processes in scope

  • Own continuous improvement process and mentor the team in Lean methodology application

  • Onboard new services/ process changes (i.e., knowledge, team trainings/ follow-ups/ stabilization)

  • Take a lead in solving complex operational issues

  • Lead training preparations to the end-users

  • Strongly engage and collaborate with stakeholders, including deliveries in projects

  • Mentor and coach senior support specialists and other team members

Who are you?

To excel in this role, you need to have a proven experience in a senior role from earlier assignment in the customer service and quality assurance. Most importantly you should have a deep interest in processes and the ambition to continuously improve.

Your experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar

  • 2+ years of experience performing customer-facing role

  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken)

  • Experience in an end-to-end process management

  • Basics of process re-engineering (advantage)

  • Knowledge of Service Now (advantage)

We offer a monthly base salary 1600 – 2200 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results.
