Your ‘day to day’

As Sustainability Specialist you will develop and implement the environment, health, safety (Sustainability) systems and programs, in accordance with company Principle and Practices, legal requirements and recognized best practices, in order to prevent injury to employees, damage to the environment, minimize the business impact of foreseeable losses and meet legal and company requirements. You will continually improve the system based on audit results, incident investigations, business and process changes, act as professional Sustainability reference and point of contact. Plan, Execute and Monitor functional Sustainability activities to ensure a mitigated risk level.

Who we’re looking for

• Similar experience in manufacturing company carrying out risk assessments in the workplace, conducting indoor risk assessments, investigating accidents.
• Occupational safety and Health certificate; Fire safety certificate.
• Knowledge of fire and civil safety requirements, occupational safety requirements for contractors, basic safety requirements for machines, workplace health services.
• Fluent English and Lithuanian language skills.
• Passion for sustainability and willingness to work extra mile.

Advantage

• Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 14001 2015 and 45001 2018).
• Civil protection certificate.
• Certificate of ergonomic evaluation.
• Certificate of completion of pedagogical and psychological knowledge (can teach adults).

Salary range for this role is from 2634 EUR to 3293 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
