Job Description
The role as a service desk agent is for you who enjoy helping other people. Your main task is to assist end-users in resolving their daily IT issues. Your main tools are phone and remote desktop control. Responsibilities for this role include troubleshooting hardware and software, managing accounts and passwords and registration of tickets.

Knowledge and understanding of working with ITIL-processes (advantage)

Good skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
1st line Service Desk or Call Center experience (advantage)
