Job Description
- to strengthen our team of experts working with demanding customer environments.
Main tasks:
- Prepare customer needs analysis and specification;
- With the help of IT specialists make needs estimation analysis and scope estimation;
- Prepare and agree on final specification version together with customer;
- Solve all the issues and problems together with customer and IT specialists;
- Organize meetings together with customer and IT specialists;
- Coordinate and control work completion and make status reports;
- Be able to work in geographically distributed projects and understand complexity if it;
- Get customer feedback.
Requirements
- Experience in several IT sectors (Government, Telecommunications, Retail,…);
- Good leadership, organizational, communication skills;
- Experience using MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio;
- Analytical thinking, ability to work in team;
- Diligence, responsibility, carefulness;
- English language.
