In Group Loan Systems we are developing and maintaining Denmark’s real estate mortgage loan systems. We have a portfolio of more than 100 IT systems with millions lines of code and high complexity. We are a part of a large business and focus on delivering quality solutions with no business disruption.
Global team is based across 3 locations – Denmark, India and Lithuania. The team in Lithuania has 15+ colleagues. Most of them are software engineers and business/system analysts working on top priority projects using agile methodologies.

Mission – the role:
- IT system analysis
- Requirement elicitation and definition
- Test case, test data definition and test execution
- Collaborating closely with software engineers and business
- Challenging the business to come up with best solution
- Understanding the complex Danish mortgage model and how it translates into IT systems
- Understanding how back end systems work and how they are tested
Requirements
- 2 years+ experience in system or business analyst role
- Bachelor degree, preferable in IT field
- Tech-savvy, SQL knowledge (Advantage)
- Ability to learn a complex system area
- Team player
- Fluent English
