I am Rūta Jančytė and I am leading one of the teams in Talent Acquisition Hub, the recruitment team at Telia Company. We are an international team of specialists located in Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark. We support leaders all over Telia Company in acquiring the talent they need to make us New Gen Telco. This means consulting and assisting in recruitment processes, proactively reaching out to potential candidates, creating and coordinating talent attraction programs, building talent pools and delivering on our people promise: “Home to your next big opportunity”. Right now I am looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Lithuania for a temporary contract to replace a colleague who is leaving soon for parental leave.
Your next challenge?
Interested in a chance to see how our company works from a global recruitment perspective and see what you can do with it? In this role you would make a difference by helping managers through end to end recruitment processes (e.g. recruitment planning, market overview, active search, communication etc.), developing managers’ competence of recruitment, advising and coaching. We are a tech company, so a lot of recruitment processes are for tech positions in IT operations, networking, data engineering, software development etc. You will often get the chance to work with recruitment projects where new teams are built from scratch. You will also join or lead various improvement projects that will affect how recruitment looks like in whole Telia Company ensuring that we create the best in class candidate and manager experience.
Who are you?
You are adventurous and able to organize work in situations with lots of ambiguities and also work simultaneously with many projects at the same time. You are positive and persistent because recruitment brings a lot of challenge. You care about each manager, each candidate and each team member. You are able to operate effectively in a large matrix organizational structure, analyze and quickly grasp new information. You are daring, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. And also you are technologically aware or even a little geeky.

Your experience:
- Not just love recruiting, but also have proven track record in recruitment area (experience in tech recruitment is an advantage)
- Knowledge in headhunting, active search and attraction of candidates
- Familiar or at least interested in tech world
- Experienced in managing various stakeholders
- Have good communication skills (oral, written, presentation), ability to listen to others, build relationships and reasonably present Your opinion
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

We offer a monthly base salary from 1570 EUR (gross) to 2354 EUR (gross) plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Additionally, each Telia employee receives additional employee benefits package which includes:
