Position Objective:

Lead the Talent Acquisition team in Lithuania in delivering a value adding recruitment service to the business and enable top line growth through the delivery of the right talent at the right time.Provide professional level support and service in the selection and hiring of highly qualified talent.Empower and encourage your team with new insights to strengthen their personal development.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment activities and be the first point of contact for Talent Acquisition related topics for Lithuania
  • Deliver a value-add talent acquisition experience for all our candidates and customers including market insights information, talent pipelines and attraction strategies
  • Develop and implement detailed recruitment strategies and planning for all openings and more broadly to support workforce planning
  • Create specific project plans, go-to-market strategy and recruitment marketing solutions for hiring projects. Run and lead these projects from planning to delivery, including regular reporting and result presentations to site and business leadership team
  • Create local university relations activities to ensure that we focus on the right sources of emerging talent in Lithuania and potentially from outside of Lithuania
  • Coordinate local employer brand and recruitment marketing activities, including management of local Employer Branding ambassador community
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition team’s day-to-day operational activities and support the Regional Manger
  • Partner with HR teams and other business areas in hiring related topics ensuring global processes are followed
  • Work with local suppliers, agencies and job boards to deliver the best possible channel mix for recruiting the relevant talent
  • Based on demand you may get assignments to recruit, interview, screen and evaluate candidates and coordinate your team to provide equal service and support
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes
  • Participate in the talent planning process for your country. Provide input regarding positions that are difficult to hire or retain and assist in implementing resolution strategies
  • Ensure all related technology optimization
  • Interact and represent Talent Acquisition team to all levels of business leaders

Reikalavimai

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related discipline, or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required

 

Experience Required:

  • Significant demonstrable experience in recruitment and direct sourcing talent, ideally in the life sciences sector
  • Ability to mentor, coach and motivate others
  • Proven creative problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills required in Lithuanian and English
  • Working knowledge of common HR concepts, practices and procedures is strongly preferred
