Talent Sourcer

Our HR team is the backbone of Surfshark, handling everything people-related. They recruit top talent, onboard newcomers, and upskill employees through Learning & Development. HR Business Partners tackle complex team and structural challenges, while HR Operations manage processes and data. Admins ensure a great office environment, and our Recruitment team grows Surfshark by bringing in talented individuals. With their support, we’ve grown to 400+ strong and continue to thrive. And now our HR team is looking for additional hands and brains to join and help us keep growing.

If you want to:

• Create and maintain talent pools and pipelines for upcoming hiring needs;
• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team and the Hiring Managers to determine position requirements;
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques;
• Supervise the maintenance of candidate databases and job ads;
• Proactively manage and conduct phone interviews;
• Ensure excellent candidate experiences during the recruitment process;
• Work on improving sourcing processes, inbound hires and other projects;
• Measure conversion rates and report on performance.

• Experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or similar roles
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Skills in process organization, time and expectation management
• Proven motivation and interest in recruitment and HR
• Being tech-savvy
