Get ready to

• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, MeetFrank and others);
• Organize and conduct online interviews;
• Headhunt the best candidates;
• Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities;
• Coordinating with Hiring Managers to determine position requirements;
• Manage the company’s candidate database;
• Set up candidate interviews with Hiring Managers;
• Build relationships with candidate communities to maintain a network of potential candidates and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates.

We Expect You to

• Have up to 1 year experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruitment assistant, Customer supporter or similar role;
• Have solid verbal and written communication skills;
• Have ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates;
• Have effective time-management abilities;
• Have experience with online and offline recruiting techniques;
• Have excellent communication skills;
• Have good negotiation skills.
