Team Lead (Data team)

You will be responsible for providing quality and efficient work of newly created data team. Additionally, will be responsible for daily management of a team to include training, motivating, coaching, counseling and problem solving. Also:

• Planning work assignments for Data Specialists team,
• Assistance in the maintenance, quality and accuracy of records,
• Assuring service levels are met,
• Performing auditing projects,
• Running daily team work and creative positive work-environment.  

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferably in working with big sets of data,
• At least 1 year experience in leading a team,
• Excellent organizational skills,
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines,
• Professional experience working in international organizations would be a big plus,
• Must have a positive “can do” attitude to create a positive work environment,
• Strong English language skills.
