Job Description
- Leading and participating in the Financial reporting (external and or internal) process.
- Ensuring quality in financial reporting and sign-off Financial reporting schedules.
- Formal responsibility of ensuring the timely and qualitative execution ot services provided to the different subsidiaries as well as the parent company in relation to the Financial reporting processes. These should be executed according to the requirements in the service level agreement.
- Ensure and operationally participate in the execution of those services and processes in compliance with internal and external regulation, policies and instructions.
- Coordination of group daily tasks.
- Develop and implement business plans for the group in relation to Skandia Finance business plan.
- Responsibility for the group’s budget and continuously improve process efficiency.
- Coordination with external Auditor.
Requirements
Need to have:
- At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting (or experience from working as an Auditor), typically month-end bookclosing and regulatory reporting in a relatively larger (at least 100 employees) group or company. Some experience from working with IFRS accounting. Knowledge of internal control systems for financial reporting. Demonstrating good sense of ability to see the whole picture as well as understanding the details. Some analytical skills.
- English and Swedish or Norwegian are required
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Business Administration
- At least 2 years of leader experience
Nice to have:
- Speciality in Accounting and Audit
- Experience from Financial Services (Banking and Insurance) business, IFRS accounting principles in depth. Experience from internal management reporting. Demonstrating good analytical skills.
