Team Lead of Accounts Payable Group

As a Team Lead As the Team Lead of Accounts Payable group , you‘ll be responsible for developing and leading team to achieve quality, effectiveness and efficiency of continued daily business operations as well as to ensure successful new client/task integration. Position reports to the Head of SSC Finance Operations.

Your responsibilities:

• Live and work according to Festo culture and values
• Manage the team to deliver services within the service levels prescribed by SLA and ensure meeting of relevant KPIs
• Guide and inspire the team to adopt vision, culture and values of the company
• Monitor the quality and efficiency of team’s performance
• Support team to solve the issues and unclear cases
• Develop good business relationships with local countries
• Ensure that all escalations are investigated, solved or routed to the responsible parties

• At least 2 years of working experience in a leading position
• Knowledge of accounting process
• Change management skills
• Fluency in English speaking, reading and writing
• Proactiveness, positivity, reliability, honesty and integrity
• People and client service orientation
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational, planning, time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to build working relationships in a complex environment
