Team Lead Process Engineering

Monitoring the workload of the team through detailed planning and recruiting
Defining training plans, coach and motivate group members
Push a quality mindset into the Process Engineering area
Support of the central Industrial Engineering and Tech.net department regarding new technology and strategy developments
Controlling of the equipment and tooling investment
Responsible for making, tracking and controlling Budget
Ensure that new projects can be launched smoothly
Implement a systemic problem-solving method within the team

Bachelor degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, automation) or other related field or equivalent education and experience required
Relevant leadership experience
Relevant working experience in the field of Process Technology within the automotive manufacturing area
Advanced knowledge in quality tools (e.g. FMEA and DoE)
Professional project management experience
Experience in launching new processes and equipment (e.g. product principles, assembly processes and test processes)
Safe handling of the MS Office programs
Fluent English language skills
