Team Leader

As a team leader in our Klaipėda store, your main task is to develop your team and organize the department work to ensure customers satisfaction.

You will be responsible for:

• team recruitment, development, and management (defining human needs and recruiting profiles that will be future leaders);
• helping your team in growing their skills (daily management; monthly meetings; evaluation process);
• department organization (schedule management, priorities management, tasks coordination);
• business management (turnover, margin, stock, economic results of department, investments in the right place and the right time).

We are looking for a person who:

• is passionate about sports and practice sports;
• has retail / sales / customer service / experience;
• preferably, has some people management experience;
• is proactive: takes initiatives and actions without even being asked;
• is responsible: "I do what I say, and I say what I do";
• likes people and has the ability to motivate and unite people around a common goal;
• likes numbers and is good in excel;
• speak and write in English on a good level.

Starting salary for this position is from 1560 eur/mon. gross + bonus, the final offer will be based on the candidate's experience.
