Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to work at a large Western European financial company that has its office in Klaipeda.

Leadership role requires building motivated and highly performing team of around 15 employees. Your main responsibility will be to create a certainty of execution for processing of administrative/back-office tasks and at the same time motivate and ensure engagement and continuous development of the team members. Team Manager’s important goal is to participate in various standardization and continuous improvement projects and focus on short-term objectives without losing sight of long-term values. 

Requirements

  • Previous experience in finance related sector would be an advantage
  • Strong competencies in leadership and management
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
  • Time planning and organizational skills
  • Orientation to quality
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage stressful situations.
