Job Description

As a Team Manager for ServiceNow you will provide drive and operational leadership to a team of experts that manage our platform. You will cooperate with external partners and create/maintain our portfolio. All this in close collaboration with the Danish part of the organization

You will bring to the position a high level of insights and experience from a similar role in an international organization and governance setup combined with an interest in securing satisfied customers. You will get a broad network at Group IT management level.

  • Deliver and execute a roadmap on strategic initiatives in collaboration with IT Operations management.
  • Establish ongoing relationships with IT and business functions; ensure business needs are understood across teams.
  • Drive service improvement projects and programs.
  • Secure right enablement of ServiceNow application within our landscape.
  • Act as point of contact and reference for senior stakeholders and influencers within Danske Bank business.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge on ITIL processes, procedures and principles.
  • DevOps experience.
  • Practical experience managing a team of technical - and development professionals. Experience in leading teams in a distributed organization.
  • Experience in balancing customer needs and technology service offerings. Successful experience in managing relationships with business functions, 3rd parties/vendors and support teams located in different countries.
  • High focus on quality, cost and strategy to secure improvements and work with evolution to provide better a solution together with the Team. Ability to prioritize and manage across multiple, time-sensitive initiatives.
