As a Team manager you will plan, steer, lead, develop and follow up a team of 13 employees. Your team will be responsible for handling different processes like setting conditions for the customers, reviewing documents and ensuring correct collaterals for mortgages, preparing agreements. Most of the inquires are received via the system. The deliveries shall be handled according to given instructions and agreed service levels.
You'll be the one to assure effective lead and management of the daily work including such tasks as planning, coaching and competence development, motivating, job-rotation and recruitment of staff. You will be part of the team striving for innovations and continuous improvement.
