Job Description

• Leading 3 teams of software developers (total of 15 - 20 people) across the Product


• Hiring, mentoring, coaching and ensuring software development quality practices are followed


• Coordinating with Product Managers to refine Product Roadmaps


• Devising and executing a strategy to deliver MVP at the earliest and iterate


• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits, keeping our open source code updated in a streamlined fashion

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in leading and managing team in any field or experience being part of a well managed team


• Strong effective communication, presentation and leadership skills and the ability to influence at all levels


• Experience in areas of Software Development, Product Engineering, DevOps, Agile Project Management, Process Automation and IT Operations


• Curiosity and passion for software engineering


• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject


• Excellent English skills
