Get ready to


  • Cooperate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Screen, interview and short-list potential IT candidates
  • Make job offers and check references on candidates
  • Improve other HR processes such a onboarding, employer branding, career development plans

We Expect You to


  • Hold 3+ years of experience in the field of Recruitment, preferably 1+ years with Tech positions
  • Work as an expert in your field with various hiring managers from our Tech department to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs
  • Have previous experience recruiting IT and build onboarding processes
  • Have strong ownership feeling
  • Have experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
  • Have previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies
  • Willing to work in start-up environment
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
