Technical Client Support Specialist

• analysing issues, understanding user requirements;
• consulting clients on issues related to service installation and integration;
• extracting information from databases if additional information is required;
• applying solutions and coordinating incident resolution through the rest of the organisation.

• knowledge of SQL;
• experience with any programming language;
• knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, Joomla, drupal, etc.);
• ability to remain professional and calm in difficult situations;
• strong knowledge of English.

• Russian language skills.
