-you will be driving Skype's engineering strategy on embedded video products;
-helping product management on designing the video products that will rock the world;
-supporting architecture on critical decisions that have to be made on video;
-collaboration with other technical teams inside the company to make sure our video solutions are best in the world.

Reikalavimai

-C/C++ development is a strong requirement
-competence in different operating systems is a strong requirement;
-understanding of current video encoding algorithms and developments that are happening around the globe currently (H.263, H.264 and other related technologies) is strong plus;
-experience in embedded development, especially understanding of different chipsets, architectures, limitations and possibilities that are in embedded development is strong plus.

-you have good communication skills and you have your own opinion;
