Technical Manager

Leading and guiding the team in Kaunas and linking it to the HQ and all the subsidiaries around the globe is the main goal for this position. Other tasks include:

• Interface with AL-KO‘s subsidiary CBE in Trento, Italy
• Using the R&D resources in Kaunas to support CBE‘s own R&D team
• Coordination of the relevant departments and subcontractors
• Consistent project oversight
• Resolving technical and workplace related problems
• Ensuring that there are technical procedures, documentations and standard policies put in place

• Strong background in electronics and software or another field of engineering
• Experience of leading an organization or a team
• Experience working on Research and Development is highly preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Problem solving skills and willingness to take initiative
• Fluent English language, German would be an advantage
