Job Description

The main duties include:

- building customer relationships and assisting customers in developing business solutions using Dell Enterprise products and services;
- selling DELL's products and services (via phone, web or e-mail;
- giving advice to business type customers on IT product selection via phone, e-mail and chat;
- preparing product offers to customers;
- consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support;

Requirements

- 2-3 years experience in sales in IT/technology/software enviroment;
- fluent English;
- university degree in a program related to the product or service;
- good technical knowledge;
- self-dependancy, ability and willingness to work in team;
- good command of analytical and negotiating skills.
