Technical Service Owner (Backup and Storage)

Your responsibilities will be:
• Technical service management through its lifecycle;
• #TCO and ownership of budget use;
• Availability and service continuity;
• Problem analysis and management;
• Knowledge and information management;
• Quality and performance analysis and reporting;
• Strategic #development roadmap creation and #implementation;
• Continuous improvement of technological service, request fulfillment and related processes;
• Consultations of Service Delivery Managers and other company unit representatives;
• Coordination of 3rd parties if present.

We are looking for a person who has:
• University degree in IT/Telco;
• Great #ITIL understanding;
• Knowledge of Backup and Storage technologies;
• At least 2 years’ experience in #IT/Telco related positions;
• Project management skills;
• Excellent #analytical and problem solving skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to demonstrate independent work initiative;
• Good Lithuanian and English skills;
• Experience in IT service management is beneficial.
