Today we are hiring an expert with a good balance of technical and managerial skills. I am Tadas Žibūda, TSO team leader. We have members both in Vilnius and in Šiauliai offices. Our mission is take ownership of IT services and ensure that Telia IT delivers on its promise to both internal and external customers.
Your next challenge?
As a member of TSO team you will have to take ownership several IT services. Depending on your experience in IT service, we will hand-pick service portfolio for you to start with, come of the candidates are: management of certain applications, video surveillance systems, SAP basis infrastructure service management, database management, backup management are some examples of services.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage technical lifecycle of the services you own:
- define and change its features,
- clarify order, deployment and decommissioning procedures,
- measure health and costs of a service
- challenge others to improve and optimize it,
- work with B2B product owners to make the service more attractive to the market,
- work with technical platform owners to ensure service delivery.
Your secondary responsibility will be to curate and improve certain ITSM practices, processes or tool, which are used by all ITSM services/employees (cross-division). The essence of this job is similar to owning a service, however the object that you own would be different.
It is a job that calls for someone who likes IT services and is also able to push changes, improvements, workflows updates, new tools and practices in ITSM and in Telia LT.
Who are you?
You will be expected to balance three skillsets: analytical thinking, influencing other people, and technical knowledge about IT service. To really enjoy this job, you’d better love challenges and be prepared for the complexity of IT business in Telia: at first nothing will seem simple, until finally you will manage to simplify it all!

Your experience:
- Worked in general IT services area.
- Ability to collect, manipulate and present data in a meaningful way
- Deeper know-how in any IT service would be a benefit: managed IT services (i.e. OS, database, application management), data center infrastructure, cloud, web hosting, network, application management or other IT services
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written)

We offer a monthly base salary from 2000 Eur (gross) to 3700 Eur (gross) plus an annual bonus which varies depending on your performance and Telia's results. Besides of competitive salary Telia has additional employee benefit package which includes:
