Job Description

Finding solutions to technical enquiries concerning MicroStation software for German speaking users. Diagnosing and resolving issues submitted via phone, email, web issues reports, chat and fax by reproducing problems suggesting a workaround and/or escalating issues. Serving as primary support liaison between company and customer. Utilize call tracking system to prioritize, schedule and record daily work.

Requirements

• Fluent German language in both communication and written;
  
• University degree in Engineering (Building, Mechanical, Civil and other related engineering areas) – might be a student;
  
• Good IT skills;
  
• Excellent AutoCAD and/or MicroStation knowledge;
  
• Good oral and written communication skills;
  
• Ability to react rapidly and solve problems efficiently in a constantly changing environment;
  
• Good English knowledge would be considered as advantage.
