Job Description

• Working in 24/7 environment monitoring company's telecommunications network systems
• Providing surveillance of network elements
• Performing traffic analysis and generation of trend reports
• Reporting and escalating issues to fault management and engineering teams
• Issue tracking via ticketing system, handling and registering customer and vendor calls

Requirements

• Freshers with graduation/degree/diploma in Networking / Data Communications / Computer Engineering/ Telecom
• Knowledge of Networking, Voice over IP technology would be desirable
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and environment
• Ability to perform under pressure and time constraint environment
• Willing to work in rotational shifts (morning, noon and nigh, also weekends)
• Excellent customer service skills, telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English language skills is a MUST
