Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide client-specific technical support and kick-off his/her IT career with Solutions Operations Support team of Benify in Vilnius!
Responsibilities:
- Handle both internal issues and the ones coming from the clients and suppliers
- Provide support of the products already launched on the client-side
- Configure client specific settings
- Represent IT organization of Benify and be the go-to-person for all system-related cases in Lithuania
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related fields
- 1+ years of working experience providing technical support
- High interest in technology and motivation to build a career in IT field
- Good communication and problem solving skills, proactiveness and willingness to learn
- Working knowledge of SQL databases and system integrations
- Fluency in English
