Job Summary
Advice and assistance regarding the company’s products and services.

The following job responsibilities would apply to this position:
• Offer the best technical support to all EnovaPoint product users;
• Answer routine customer enquiries (via email, phone, or online discussion boards) and suggest or promote alternative products or services;
• Effectively work in teams as well as independently;
• Help clients adopt best practices;
• Adapt and enhance communication with the team and clients;
• Communicate efficiently in English;
• Collaborate with developers, salespeople, and technical support team.

Reikalavimai

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or in the field of Exact science;
• Excellent customer service and communication skills;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required;
• Understand the Microsoft ecosystem (ideally SharePoint and computing infrastructure).
