Job Description
Contract work with local and international counterparties (lease, supply, services, sale purchase, etc.);
Dealing with labour law issues;
Drafting and managing corporate documents;
Dealing with marketing law issues;
Providing overall legal support to other departments;
Dealing with notaries, translators, state authorities and working on other legal department tasks.

Requirements
Completed degree in law;
PQE: 5+ years;
Deep knowledge of Lithuanian commerce/ civil legislation;
Relevant experience in general legal support of legal entities;
Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English (including professional legal terminology);
Relevant experience in internet/ software/ digital projects – as a plus;
Russian language – as a plus.
