Your main responsibility will be to develop #TV products from gathering ideas through development, launch and finally discontinuance.

Essential functions:

• Setting vision for the product by analysis of domestic and global TV products and trends;
• Development of short & long term TV #strategy and roadmap;
• To discover new products ideas that are valuable, usable and feasible;
• Supervise and manage existing services: services portfolio maintenance, services indicator tracking and accountability, staff training, service closure, etc.;
• Ensure excellent customer experience of products and services (ensure lean processes and procedures, identify and monitor the qualitative requirements, gather customer feedback, initiate and manage the necessary changes for improvement);
• Proactively manage risks and escalate any obstacles in order ensure planed delivery;
• Constantly provide insights and suggestions to improve existing processes and procedures;
• Daily cooperation with Technology, IT, Marketing, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams to execute product strategy & #tactics in order to achieve business results.

Requirements:

• 2+ years successful and proven #experience in product or project management;
• Good business judgment and interest in innovations;
• Customer experience oriented;
• Demonstrated leadership experience and strong ownership entrusted product/area;
• Ability to work in a team setting with a diverse groups of employees, managers and external contacts and ability to work within all levels of the business;
• Knowledge in product, product life cycle, project management as well development;
• Analytical, detail oriented, problem solving and #communication skills;
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, engaged team member with high degree of professionalism;
• University degree (economics, management, marketing would be an advantage), advanced PC skills, fluent English and Lithuanian.
