Job Description

We are currently looking for TELIA1 segment manager to be responsible for cross-sell and upsell of B2C customer base. I am Vaidotas Juknys and I am leading Customer Lifecycle Management team here at Telia Lietuva. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team..

Your next challenge?

Majority of households in Lithuania already have at least 1 service at Telia. Your responsibility will be to ensure that existing customers would increase size and / or value of their service basket. You will control 2 value streams to achieve this: cross-sell and upsell.

You will have end-to-end ownership of TELIA1 platform. More 2 years ago Teo (home services) and Omnitel (mobility services) merged into Telia (both home and mobility services). Large share of customers still have services only from one side (home-only or mobility-only). To utilize this potential Telia has created a cross-sell platform TELIA1. It is of strategic importance to the company with strong marketing investments (multiple large-scale marketing campaigns each year). You would carry full responsibility for TELIA1, including strategy, pricing, tactical decisions and operational support. This will require close collaboration with Service Owners, Business Insights, Product Managers, Sales Channels and Marketing.

Also, you will be responsible for utilizing customer touchpoints to monetize growing data consumption needs. You would be responsible to drive the logic behind mobility base segmentation, mapping offers to segments, choosing preferred communication channels and using feedback loop to drive further improvements. This will require close collaboration with Service Owners, Business Insights and Sales Channels.

2+ years successful and proven experience in customer service or segment/product management, marketing or consulting position
Solid knowledge in analytics, marketing and project management

Working in this position you will receive a base salary starting at 2300 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
