Test Analyst (Functional testing)

IT Solution Delivery (ISD) is a cross divisional support function within SEB. ISD consists of the following Areas: Trading, Wealth & Securities, Core Solutions, Channels, Supporting Systems, Project Office, Application Infrastructure and Business Development & Support. SEB Shared Service Centre IT Solution Delivery is growing and we are building new team in the Supporting Systems area.

You will work as Tester in our development and maintenance team in Vilnius. Your focus will be on developing and maintaining the IBM Case Manager application and archive solution used by SEB. In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing and executing reusable test cases and procedures based on business requirements. You will also participate in carrying out the tasks related to creating, modifying and maintaining automated tests. You will work in international environment within globally distributed teams based in Vilnius and Stockholm and we expect your proactive cooperation with all team members. The job could imply a number of business trips outside of Lithuania.

 What we expect: 

• 2+ years of experience of manual testing in professional environment
• understanding of Software Development Lifecycle including Functional & Non-Functional testing
• excellent analytical and problem solving skills, accuracy and high attention to details
• strong sense of responsibility and commitment to both IT and Quality Assurance area
• awareness of both manual and automated testing tools
• flexibility to adjust to defined processes, multiple demands and shifting priorities
• self-driven, quick learner, motivated and open-minded team-player
• able to work alone as well as being a good team player
• excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in both business and technical dimensions
• university or higher education degree with a relevant specialization
• English language skills

Advantages:

• good knowledge of banking business logics and processes, system logics and technical infrastructure
