TEST ANALYST

Functions and responsibilities:

We offer you a challenge to be part of ambitious and eager-to-learn Test team with the main focus on Swedish side projects/internal clients. In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing and executing reusable test cases and procedures based on business requirements. You will also participate in carrying out the tasks related to creating, modifying and maintaining automated tests. You will work in international environment within globally distributed teams based in Vilnius and Stockholm and we expect your proactive cooperation both inside the test team and towards Designers/Developers/Requirement professionals in respective assignment. The job could imply a number of business trips outside of Lithuania.

What we expect:

• 2+ years’ experience of manual testing in professional environment
• very good analytical skills, accuracy and high attention to details
• self-going, quick learner, motivated, loyal, positive and open-minded team-player
• strong commitment to both IT and Quality Assurance area
• excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in both business and technical dimensions
• flexibility to adjust to defined processes, multiple demands and shifting priorities
• customer and result orientation
• strong sense of responsibility and commitment
• university or higher education degree with relevant specialization
• good English language skills

 Advantages: 

• General knowledge about webServices (preferably testing them with SoapUI)
• ISTQB certificate
• knowledge about test automation
• ITIL, Agile methodology (e.g. Scrum)
• SQL skills
• good knowledge of banking business logics and processes, system logics and technical infrastructure
