Test and QA Lead is responsible for SAP Test and Quality standards and governance creation, implementation and monitoring of compliance. The role covers the responsibility on end-to-end Test Management processes.

Your responsibilities:
• Ensure that we have delivered a high quality #SAP product to our customer (Telia business) with the expected functionality requested;
• Oversee and #manage all critical quality and test initiatives across multiple complex SAP systems (SAP ERP, CRM, CC, PO, Hybris Commerce, BW, etc.);
• Drive ownership & accountability of quality assurance engineering within the SAP application life cycle management;
• Build and lead test plans for large SAP projects and major application #developments;
• Be responsible and accountable for driving an effective and efficient test strategy for both manual and automated, for new projects, enhancement packs, major upgrades, fixes, etc.;
• Build quality assurance discipline & capabilities into overall SAP domain;
• Be responsible and accountable for test #infrastructure and tooling (test script development, maintenance, test automation, etc.);
• Articulate benefits and best practices to SAP #Management;
• Partner strongly with business process teams, architects, functional domain leads and development teams to assure quality is embedded in to overall Build and Run phases.

We hope that you have:
• 5+ years of #IT solutions implementation #experience;
• 2+ full-cycle IT implementation projects;
• Experience with Test Management supporting tools;
• Experience in Test Automation;
• Understanding of ITSM discipline, ITIL principles;
• Fluent Lithuanian and English language #skills;
• Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented;
• Presentation and written communication skills;
• Collaboration skills; ability to lead and foster team effectively;
• Ability to work with limited supervision and exhibit a strong sense of urgency.

Additional qualifications:
• Should have played role of Test Lead in SAP solution implementations;
• Understanding of the relevant technologies and related business processes: CRM, EPR, eCommerce;
• Telco Industry and/or SAP BRIM end-to-end solution knowledge;
• Project work-stream leading experience.
