Test Automation Specialist

#TeliaLietuva is looking for a highly motivated an experienced #IT#talent. If you are Test specialist with ambition of revealing strengths and weaknesses of product and process, not only according test plan, but also by exploratory testing - feel free to apply. #Software testing is a critical element in overall solution delivery process which is carried out by using methodologies and techniques as well as tools and #technologies.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Participate in e-Channels applications #implementation process activities and propose improvements;
- Participate in solution workshops, understand #business requirements and make suggestions;
- Prepare test plan following testing methodologies, techniques and best practices;
- Perform E2E testing activities;
- Review test documentation prepared by other stakeholders;
- Work closely with Analysis and Development teams to ensure high #quality project delivery;
- Escalate test execution shortcomings and propose improvements;
- Continuously #improve e-Channels (selfservice, e-commerce solution) domain and testing discipline knowledge.

What we are looking for a motivated person with:
- 2+ years of work experience in automated software #testing;
- Big passion for great #software and testing everything in your life (new telephone, car, piece of code, etc.);
- Fluent Lithuanian and English languages;
- Good communication, #self-organization and detail-orientation skills;
- Knowledge in when automated testing is better than manual and vice versa;
- Curiosity to do exploratory testing;
- "You don’t believe it until you see, but You also don't believe everything that you see" approach :)

It will be an advantage:
- Selfservice, e-commerce solution handson experience;
- Experience with fullcycle #IT implementation projects;
