Test Lead

Join the 215 professionals’ team in TransUnion Lithuania in Kaunas and be part of the global TransUnion company – one of the “The Big Three” largest credit-reporting agencies.

The engineering team made up of around 50 talented individuals is developing TransUnion core business products. You will join Scrum team of around 7 people using Agile practices and driving product forward with incremental improvements.

This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services through the application of professional testing techniques, knowledge and best practices. You will be guiding and coordinating product testing team, coaching and supporting them in their work.

THE TECH

At TransUnion, we have a wide range of technology in play but in this role you’ll be working with Microsoft .NET technologies, Microsoft SQL server. Ideally, we're looking for someone who has a passion for testing and has some experience in test automation, source code version control systems, working in Scrum teams.

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in software testing area;
• Experience in test automation techniques and tools (Behat, Selenium, SoapUI, SpecFlow);
• Experience of performance/load/security/usability testing;
• Experience in relational databases testing;
• API/Web service testing experience;
• Effective test design, test planning and scheduling capability;
• Fluent communication in English;
• Coaching and mentoring skills;
• Experience in Agile development environment.
