Test Specialist in Digital Customer Experience

Every month Danske Bank internet bank solutions have more than 15 million visitors while number of mobile bank visits is nearly 20 million and is constantly growing. Our team in Vilnius is playing a major role in creating fundamentally new solutions for smart phones, tablets and web. Now we are primarily working on new mobile bank solution for Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway and UK customers.

For this inspiring journey we invite Test Specialist to join our team.

You will be supporting with tests three agile feature teams working on a new mobile bank solution. We expect you to prepare and run plenty of tests for our mobile app, so customers can enjoy state of art and best in class solution. 

Focus area:

  • Be part of an Agile team with focus on delivery in timely manner. Be passionate in QA and drive quality sense to the team
  • Help development team with test data
  • Create and execute manual test cases
  • Register defects in selected tool, including retest and follow up on defects
  • Create various bug reports
  • Contribute to mobile bank app testing and release coordination process
  • Help team to identify and reproduce defects reported by business representatives or customer support
  • Identify improvement possibilities in existing processes and initiate changes

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience with the typical test methods (inspections, reviews, system test, integration test,  exploratory test)
  • Experience in mobile applications testing
  • Experience in defect management tools (Jira/TFS etc.)
  • Strong focus on quality and attention to details
  • Team player with agile mindset
  • Good communication skills
  • Good English language knowledge
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • ISTQB Foundation certificate would be an advantage
  • Experience in cross board teams would be an advantage
