Job Description

You will be part of the TEST & QA team in the pension IT development area. The Pension & Insurance Operations team is responsible for maintaining and operating the Pension & Insurance systems used by Danske Bank and Danica Pension in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. Pension & Insurance Operation is driven by strong engagement and good humour.

Responsibilities:

• Take up responsibility for management (planning, coordination, executing, follow up and reporting) of a projects quality activities (review and test).
  
• Take up responsibility for assessing quality risks and prioritizing quality activities accordingly.
  
• Participate in the design of test cases and the execution of quality activities.
  
• Act as professional sparring partner to the project manager.
  
• Work in Agile Teams with own responsibility for delivering what is agreed in right time

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Test Specialist role
  
• Understanding of software development process
  
• Understanding of test process
  
• Experience with doing coordination and planning of the entire test effort – in cooperation with the team
  
• Have experience in manual testing processes, methodologies and test tools Have experience in creating and executing system test cases.
  
• Have experience in delivering test metrics, creating test reports and defect dashboard
  
• Have good knowledge and experience working in Agile team
  
• Experience with the typical test methods (inspections, reviews, system test, integration test, UAT)
  
• Experience with coded UI and automated test would be an advantage but not a requirement
  
• Good English language skills
  
• Good cooperation skills and attention to details
