TPM Engineer

Our rapidly growing team is seeking for a TPM Engineer, who will be responsible for providing TPM processes and system implementation and Equipment engineering support in our Plant located in Kaunas. We have achieved success by empowering people with real programs that provide avenues for advancement. About the job:

• Coordination of Lean TPM principles, processes and systems implementation
• Support for Equipment maintenance department in implementation of those processes
• Assurance of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), AM (Autonomus Maintenance)
• Assurance of PM (Preventive Maintenance), Spare Parts management system effective functioning

• Technical degree in engineering or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Equipment maintenance
• Experience in Manufacturing
• Analytical thinker
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a different teams
• Strong proficient computer skills
• Very good Excel knowledge
• Very good English skills (technical English preferable)
• Project management skills

Beneficial skills:

• Knowledge of Lean methodology tools and principles, root causes analysis
• Knowledge and experience of TPM or other world-class maintenance system implementation
• Conducting of training experience

• Salary from 1950 eur/mon. gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate
