Trading Operations Manager

Daily contact with the clients within the Baltic States and Finland (handling exchange operations)
Develop and improve relationships with existing clients (to maximize their trading activity)
Administration of the Baltic-Finnish Gas Exchange Trading System (trainings will be provided)
Monitoring and handling of trade settlement
Administration of the exchange client's documentation
Participation in the team related projects and process improvement initiatives
Perform any other duties delegated by Head of Trading and Product Development

Higher education (in economics, finances, management fields or other)
Working experience in sales or with the client services would be highly desirable
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Excellent spoken and written English (Russian or Finnish would be taken as an advantage)
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel
Energetic, proactive and goal oriented
Ability and willingness to take ownership of issues and drive appropriate solutions
