Job Description

Responsible for the coordination of trainings in Yara European Business Service Center. Helps  colleagues to grow through continuous learning and ensures both class and online training programs  are delivered.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer learning process in Yara European Business Service Center
  • Identify training needs and build annual training program by evaluating business requirements
  • Maintain the training matrix: monitor learning schedule, coordinate timely training delivery, administrate registrations/cancellations, track attendance, initiate updates
  • Contact both internal and external training providers to organize necessary training courses
  • Assess and report training levels in the teams to leadership team
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and assist team managers to incorporate skills and techniques into the skills matrix
  • Provide consistent and positive service experience to managers, employees, HR and other stakeholders
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing training programs to ensure that they reflect any improvements required
  • Coordinate onboarding training and deliver Yara introductory course
  • Stay up-to-date of the new trends and tools in employee development

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in designing/coordination of multiple training programs in a matrix organization
  • Proven ability to master the full training cycle
  • Adequate knowledge of learning management software
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
  • Sound decision making and organisational skills
  • Self-driven, proactive personality with hands on mentality and reaching out to key stakeholders when needed
  • Ability to present complex information to different audiences
  • Fluent written & verbal English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and in database software (SAP SuccessFactors) preferably
